2. Eligibility and Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse platform access, violate laws, infringe rights, scrape unauthorized data, or attempt to disrupt platform security or performance.

4. Roles and Permissions

Studesk uses role-based permissions including Super Admin, Admin, Super Hero, Club Lead, and Student. Misuse of privileged access can lead to suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

Studesk branding, software, and content are owned by Studesk or licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Studesk is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Studesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security risks, legal requirements, or misuse of platform features.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after publication of updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
